At ShopWeldingSupplies.com, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the right tools for the job. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and include all manuals and accessories to qualify for a standard return.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse return address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items, clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship the package using a trackable carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect and approve the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
