Fronius TransSteel 2200 .045 (.047) Aluminum Consumables Kit

If you've been searching for what consumables you'd need to swap out on a Fronius TransSteel 2200 to weld .045 aluminum wire, you've come to the right place. This kit includes everything you'll need for welding .045 aluminum wire except the wire itself. 

The TransSteel comes with standard .030 and .035 consumables that are primarily designed for steel wire. You don't need a spool gun to get great aluminum wire feeding on a TransSteel 2200, and this kit works great with the stock MTG 320i MIG Gun. 

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE KIT: 

• 1.2MM Aluminum Contact Tips (42,0001,4751,10) - 10 Pack
• 1.6mm 5m Universal Coated Liner (40,0002,0055,005) -1 Pack
• 1.2mm (.045) Red Clamping Piece (44,0350,3318) - 1 Pack
• 1.2mm (.045) Drive Rolls (42,0001,6690) - 1 Pack

You'll just need to cut the liner to length. As an alternative to the liner we have listed above, you can also use a 1.2mm graphite combi-liner (44,0350,3410) as an alternative for welding .045 aluminum wire, but the liner we've included as part of the kit tends to last longer according to Fronius.
